The comfort of Eurolines

The entire Eurolines fleet is regularly renewed. All coaches offer the comfort of "grand tours" and are equipped with reclining seats and air conditioning. These elements dedicated to comfort have that extra edge if you decide to opt for a night trip with Eurolines.

Are Eurolines coaches equipped with a WiFi connection?

With Eurolines, free WiFi is available in some coaches. Eurolines buses will gradually all be equipped with them.

Are Eurolines coaches equipped with electrical outlets?

Most Eurolines buses are equipped with USB sockets, however this may not be the case for your trip. Kombo recommends that you charge your devices in advance to avoid any inconvenience or bring a power-bank with you.

Are toilets available on Eurolines buses?

All Eurolines coaches provide toilet facilities for passengers.

Can minors travel unaccompanied on Eurolines buses?

Only children over 16 are allowed to travel on Eurolines buses without being accompanied by an adult.

Does the Eurolines company offer an assistance service for people with disabilities?

Do I have to print my Eurolines tickets?

Eurolines imperatively requires passengers to print their tickets (A4, no front and back) and to present them when boarding.

What documents do I need to bring to travel with Eurolines?

A valid ID is required to board a Eurolines coach. Also consider the travel documents that may be required on international routes (visa, passport, etc).

How long before departure should I arrive?

Eurolines recommends arriving directly at the bus station no later than 30 minutes before coach departure. Boarding can end 15 minutes before the departure of the bus.
But be careful, for buses from Paris and Bordeaux, you must first register at the desk to receive your boarding pass.

What is the maximum baggage size for Eurolines buses?

Eurolines allows passengers to bring two bags in the hold and one hand bag free of charge on most of its lines. Checked baggage must meet the following specifications:

Can I bring my pet?

For safety reasons, Eurolines does not accept the carriage of animals, except guide dogs. Our dog and cat friends should stay home in general.

Eurolines tickets are non-transferable and non-cancellable.
